Issue Unable to access plesk

I'm able to access the plesk on the dedicated server but unable to access the plesk through URL https://IP:8443 or 8880. Checked the firewall rules, plesk (8443) & plesk newsfeed(8880) rules are present, even turned off the firewall but still not able to access the plesk through URL.

What happens if you access the IP itself, so http://IP or https://IP?

Can you access the domains hosted on the server?

Are you accessing your server from the same network that the server is on?
