Unable to add a certificate to my site

When i add the private key and certificate via plesk panel, i get the following error:

ERR [panel] Unable to set the certificate: Unable to put certificate file: Unable to arrange cert file: file_put_contents failed:

Google did not help me to find a solution.

YEAA and BEST error text ever!!

Fehler: Der private Schlüssel kann nicht eingestellt werden: Wahrscheinlich ist das Format des Private Key ungültig..
in english: the privet key can`t put in.... PERHAPS it is wrong FORMAT...

so the system guess?
by a format ??

i can`t set the SSl and i need my shop (
