• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Unable to alter php/apache configuration in power user view

Altering PHP/Apache configuration in PLESK power user view won't bring any actual change to the domain configuration. Instead, in the sub-domain conf directory, I can find a list of several xxxxxxx.xxxxxx_httpd.include files.

Restarting apache and plesk did not solve this issue.

Reproductions steps
1/ Logged in Plesk
2/ Went to my domain's power user view
3/ Clicked on "Website and Domains"
4/ Clicked on one of my subdomains
5/ Selected "Apache" instead of "FastCGI" in "Exec PHP as..."
6/ Waited 10 minutes

Now, PLESK sees "Apache" instead of "FastCGI" but phpinfo(); reveals that PHP is still running as FastCGI.

Actually, I'm not even able to suspend the domain or to disable "safe mode" : modifications are registered in PLESK database but aren't applied to Apache / PHP.

Configurations files seem to be created in /var/www/vhosts/subdomain/conf (for there are many many files now) but aren't processed by PLESK apparently.

Any solution ?

Thanks !

Edit : PLESK 10.4.4 with Debian
