  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Unable to assign ssl certificate to plesk server

I am in the same situation. RapidSSL from GeoTrust. Created in Server>Certificates, assigned it to all 3 IPs on the machine (shared IP and two unused dedicated), checked the box and clicked "Use the selected certificate to secure connections to control panel" ... even restarted bind and apache ... completely shut down bind and apache, then started them again ... went as far as to restart the whole VPS I am on.

I then uploaded the Cert/Ca to may domain to see what would happen. If I access https://www.mydomain.com everything is proper. But, If I access https://www.mydomain.com:8443 Plesk is still using its default (untrusted) self-signed cert.

Any ideas why it won't work with the Control Panel?

Edit: Just realized This was a post in the 8.4 forum ... I am using a Virtuozzo based VPS with PSA 8.6 (100 domain license)
