• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

The error :
"Error: Unable to change locale: the specified interface language pack files do not exist in the system."

I install the italian language pack from installer, but if i see in the "Interface Management" under "Locale", there is a yellow icon near the field "it-IT" and i don't change the default language because i receive the error above.

My plesk is 8.2 (the language pack is for 8.2), but my installation came from 8.1 with a error ! (an issue in a .msi file missing)...

Where is the problem ?

Hi,

Try to reinstall locale, then try to choose it.
Also check if your license supports 2 locales.

Hi,
yes, i reinstall three time the locale, all OK, but the error persist.
I have only one license for language but in my old plesk 7.5 i can switch to another language whitout problem, in fact my client are all italian and i don't use the english locale...

if you have some question about number of locales and license, contact sales department, it is free of charge.

Plesk allows to have locales according to license limitations.
