unable to create subscribtion

Hi,

On pleak 11.0.X for windows when i try to create new subscribtion i get followin error, how can i solve it? where is the problem, please help me:

Error: WebServerManager::addVhost() failed: websrvmng failed: Unable to lookup SID for name IWPD_745(Username): (1332) No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

Thanks, but your answer didnt worked for me, because i want to create a subscription and before subscription created there isnt any user inside of users and groups and also web space havent been created that i can run that command!
