Unable to create system user: usermng: Unable to add user:

Dear All,

After upgrading from PLESK 8.x to 9.0.1 I now have pretty big problem.. I cannot add new domains nor change usernames from other domains. I can change passwords, but a new domain hosting (which demands a new user) I get the following error:


Unable to create system user: usermng: Unable to add user: MYUSERNAME

The same happens when I want to change an existing username. Login using SSH also only works as root, no other user is able to login using SSH (only using FTP).


I have been searching and searching, trying and trying but can't find any sollution. Can anybody explain why this happens and most of all... how can I restore this issue?
