Unable to delete domain

While Deleting domains im faced with:

While attempting to disable the domain im faced with:

hmmm looks like i was able to delete the domain while playing around, only problem now is that www.domain.co.uk dont work but domain.co.uk works and the domain alias www.domain.com works too!

Very confusing but not sure how/if it was/has fixed

its back! when ever i try to delete a domain again. im reciving:

first i was only wanting to delete the hosting type to change to a forwarder but when i deleted the hosting setting button it warns me of it being removed but nothing changes in the domain. when i attempted to disable the account i got the above error!

is anyone else experiencing this problem?

when i go back into the setup, it all loads but no information is present for ftp etc

I am having the exact same problem on Fedora Core 4. What O/S are you running?

Are you having problems creating new domains/clients too ?

not anymore im not no. it all looks ok so far!

Did you change anything to make it work? SWSoft as usual wants me to buy support from them. I do not feel we should have to pay for support when their "UPDATER" breaks the systems. It's almost like they do this on purpose to bring in more support dollars.

I have the same problem and now it s good my server . Try to add ur user to ur system again

/usr/sbin/useradd -g psacln -s "/bin/false" -d /$HTTPD_VHOSTS_D/rrr.com/httpdocs/ qwerty

Then try to remove the domain again or setup the user again .Note: you have to replace 'qwerty' with the real FTP user name for this domain.
