Unable to delete from white list

I added some ip addresses to the white list. They are causing problems with postfix i.e.
postfix/smtpd[26516]: fatal: non-null host address bits in "136.146.128.64/1", perhaps you should use "128.0.0.0/1" instead
postfix/master[31621]: warning: process /usr/libexec/postfix/smtpd pid 26514 exit status 1
I am unable to delete these ip addresses from the white list - I check all boxes, click delete, confirm delete, but they are still on the list
I am running Plesk 12.0.18 Update #59
any suggestions?
 
Make sure you have your correct network of IPs specified in the Postfix main.cf file for the my_networks directive.
