Unable to do anything else in plesk 8.6

Help,

I have purchased a hosting and domain and at start i can do everything else but now i cant do anything else except log in and log out, actually i cant now remove domains, edit domains, change dns settings i mean i cant do anything else just log in and log out so plz help me what to do my hosting services are so bad that they are not responding to me so plz help me and tell me what to do now?

I am waiting for your great reply it will be like a ray of light for me :)
