'Unable to find command line php interpreter when trying to install OSticket

JurgenV

New Pleskian
Hi,

When I try to install OSTicket via the apps to a customers hosting I get:

Error: Installation of osTicket at http://domain.com/ failed. Non-zero exit status returned by script. Output stream: 'Unable to find command line php interpreter.'.

google not much help...

Has anyone had this before? Any help appreciated!

Thanks

Is this specific only to osTicket application? Do you have the same error when installing wordpress on the same box?

Same issue when installing Wordpress

Hi Pavel,

Yes, I just tried installing Wordpress from the apps library and failed with the same error. I know that a lot of my customers install wordpress, but it seems they do it manually via FTP, not via plesk.

Another thing that might be important, I am logged in as admin and then opened the control panel of that customer to install the apps. might that be an issue?

what does the errror message mean, that plek cannot fire the commandline interface to install something on php?

regards,

Jurgen
