Unable to install SugarCRM Community Version via Application Vault

Hi,

Recently upgraded to Plesk Panel 10.1.1 from 10.0.1. Have Plesk Power Pack to give App Vault support.
Just uploaded SugarCRM v5.5.4 (from apsstandard.org) to the app vault and made it available to all subscriptions.

However, it is reporting that it can't be installed under a subscription due to the following:

Installation of SugarCRM
Error: This application cannot be installed because its installation requirements are not met. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue.
Requirements
PHP version 5.2.1 or greater, while current is none
PHP Extension Required PHP extension mysql is not available
PHP Extension Required PHP extension mbstring is not available

I've checked and the latest php version is installed: 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.7
So why would it report that the version is 'none'?

Any ideas greatly received.

We had a similar issue on our server when trying to install wordpress.
After enabling phpinfo in php.ini (it was under disable_functions) and restarting httpd the error disappeared.
As restarting httpd previously had not fixed it, it would seem that was the solution but I cannot say for sure.
