Basic Pleskian
Hello,

After a recent installation of plesk using Plesk via CLI (plesk-installer...) I can not use the "Updates and Upgrades" tool.

Plesk said : "Unable to log you in. Check whether you entered the right login name and password, and that the user account exists in the system."

The installation was done in the following way

ssh login witch myuser
sudo su
<password>
[...]
root@...:./plesk-installer
[...]

I tried to connect on the tools witch my ssh login, my Plesk admin login and root, I have allways the same message ""Unable to log you..."

I have allowed root connection by password "PermitRootLogin yes" (not secure)

Do I have to add a user 'admin' plesk in the user linux?

Any other idea ?

Please double check the root access credentials.

To install all available updates within the current Plesk version, including updates for components such as MySQL or PHP, use the following command:

# plesk installer install-all-updates

If you want to install only Plesk updates, use the following command:

# plesk installer install-panel-updates
