Unable to Login to a Wordpress Site

Hello all,

We have a site that has been on our Plesk/CentOS server for "Years" and I have never had an issue logging into Wordpress. Today I can not seem to find where I can create users who can access Wordpress panels. When I try to login in as the listed admin, it gives me a bad password error msg. Is there anyone who can offer some guidence?
