Try to perform the steps below to resolve this issue :

"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --remove-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

I hope it will help.

That was the first thing we tryed, but it did not help. Also tryed removing virtual dirs in IIS directly, and still no luck.

It's windows 2008 64 bit with IIS 7.5 and Plesk 9.5. Maybe you can suggest something else?

Do you have any errors in output of mentioned commands?

No, there were no errors. Domain was removed and then recreated without any problems.

Hello,

We have exactly the same issue with exact same server information (Win2k8 R2 - IIS7.5 - Plesk 9.5.2) and it happens only for ONE website which has some other virtual directories working right now.

I have to add that we see this issue randomly and SOMETIMES after multiple tries, we are able obtain a new creation procedure but exactly after that procedure, if we try to add another virtual directory on same host, the same output message appear.

Also NOTHING goes in event logs and I can't find any log for this issue in windows.

Please let us know a possible fix/patch to resolve this issue before loosing customers.

Thanks,
