Issue Unable to open webmail

[allmyurl]

I have installed new domain allmyurl.com and website is working fine but unable to open webmail (webmail.allmyurl.com).

Tried everything but fail.

Could you please guide anyone?

- What happens when webmail.allmyurl.com is opened?
- Do you have a routing entry in your nameserver to webmail.allmyurl.com?
- Have you selected one of the webmail programs from the email configuration page of your domain or is that set to "none"?

Thanks for quick reply. I re-installed and able to open/receving email.

But mail outgoing is not working.

What may problem now?

Have you verified that port 25 is open in your firewall and possibly a firewall before your server (at your provider)? Some providers have that closed by default for outgoing mail.
