Unable to reset password

My sitebuilder is currently integrated with Plesk but i am in the process of upgrading to Plesk 10 and since integration between Plesk 10 and sitebuilder earlier than ver 5 is no longer possible. I tried to verify that my customers using sitebuilder will be able to login via the SB admin page to continue to design their site after the upgrade.
Since i have no idea what password plesk is using in Sitebuilder for this customers who are created as resellers, i tried to reset the password but got the error message:

Error: It is not allowed to change password for this user

I feel this would cause issues after upgrade, since i cant reset the password, so my customers can have access to sitebuilder.
Anyone know how i can fix this?
or do Plesk automatically break the connection and adjust the settings during the upgrade?
