Issue Unable to resolve dns zone owner, help me please

Hello, I'm new to the forum, I'd like you to help me solve a problem about the DNS zone:

Issues occurred while syncing DNS zones with the DNS zone template.
Unable to resolve dns zone owner
Unable to add the . IN A EXAMPLE record to zone DOMAIN: Incorrect DNS record values were specified.
Unable to resolve dns zone owner
Unable to add the ftp.. IN CNAME . record to zone DOMAIN: Incorrect DNS record values were specified.

The problem is when I click on "Apply DNS template changes"

some domains do not work, others work without the www, others work, can you help me please?
