unable to restore client settings from backup

I need help with cli commands to restore a domain from plesk 8.3 to 9.3 along with the client settings. I have converted the domain backup file to plesk 9.3 preconvert utility, but I cant restore client settings along with the domain.

An example would be perfect.

Any help appreciated!
