If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
pls. make sure, that your current used PHP - handler is actually "enabled" and not deactivated, to avoid such error messages.
Recently, some PHP - Handlers have been deactivated for security reason ( old/outdated/security holes.. ), but you are certainly able to re-activate them ( on your own risk! ). If you need further help here, pls. post the output of your command:
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bin/php_handler --list
and use as well the HELP option, to inform yourself about possible command option, when you use "/usr/local/psa/bin/php_handler":
I already said, that I have the same Problems, but on my Server all PHP Versions are enabled except plesk-php70-cgi.
Don't know why php70-cgi is disabled, but fastcgi and fpm are enabled (I only use fastcgi)
All other PHP versions are enabled!
The Problem with this particular error only exists with Domains created before Plesx 17.X (12.5 and earlier)
And with this earlier created Domains I have the error discribed in the first Post. some are PHP5.6 some PHP7.
This has nothing to do with disabled or enabled handles, the problem exists at any PHP version.
Domains created with Plesk Onyx 17.0 don't have this Problem, also newly created Domains with Plesk 17.5 don't have this problem regardless of the php version.
If it will help to understand me, you can PM me for a remote-session
regards!
PS.: marked thread as unsolved, cause problem still exists!
pls. consider to open a bug - report at =>Home > Forum > Plesk Discussion > Reports , so that a Plesk - Team is able to forward your issue to the Plesk developpers.
