• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

When users try to send an email via MailEnable, they receive the following error:

Address Resolution Problem

The message you attempted to send did not have any valid recipients.
You must specify at least one recipient to a mail message.
Please click on the 'Continue' button to modify the recipients of the message.

When continue is click, it says: Message has been deleted and no longer exists.

When trying to delete a message, all it does is refresh the screen. Messages are not being marked as read. I am think it is a permissions issue. I ran the Plesk Reconfigurator and Correct Disk Permission, but it did not help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Fix it. I was a permission issue. The postoffice folder is not give access IME_ADMIN. Should not Correct Disk Permissions do this?
