How to change PHP-FPM pool settings for domain through Plesk UI?

I have write the following lines to file /var/www/vhosts/system/playsongs.pk/conf/php.ini

listen.backlog = 65535

;[php-fpm-pool-settings]
pm = ondemand
pm.max_children = 4000
pm.process_idle_timeout = 10s

and then run following command

/usr/local/psa/bin/php_settings -u

But issue is still there
