Unable to setup password for mailing lists PLESK 7.6

PLESK BUILD: 7.6 Windows 5.2.3790.0 20060529.21

i cannot set up a password for mailing lists (no field for password *see screenshot*),

not even working by CLI with command:
maillist.exe --create LISTNAME -domain mydomain.com -password mypassword -email [email protected]

Output returns "SUCCESS" but i still can send mail to mailing lists with no password. it's totally open and not even restricted for administrator only.
Need help to configure mailing list password. Thanks in advance. Best Regards.
