Unable to sync PHP version with plan (debug log attached)

Dear all,

This is a continuation of this post (PHP version not enforced by plan) hat remains without answer since June.

Following the advice of here, I have enabled Plesk debugging and launched the sync through a command line:

plesk bin subscription --sync-subscription <domain.tld>

I attach two files:

- All log debug entries related to the operation.
- Debug log entries filtered by "php" and "plan"
