It seems like Plesk doesn't like this line:

php_admin_value open_basedir none

Previously I selected "basedir" as "none" from Plesk PHP settings.

When I click "regenerate all files". I get this error:

So this bug have been solved in current PHP versions ?
But I use PHP 5.3.3.
