• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hi,
since version 18.0.34, I can't update Plesk anymore, here is a part of the log :

Setting up telnetd (0.17-41) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/telnetd.postinst: line 8: update-inetd: command not found
dpkg: error processing package telnetd (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127
Setting up sw-engine-cli-3.38 (3.38.0-debian.9.210809.1937) ...
Setting up pp18.0.38-bootstrapper (18.0-v.debian.9+p18.0.38.2+t210913.2207) ...
Errors were encountered while processing:
telnetd
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

With this ?
sudo apt-get remove telnetd

What is the purpose of telnetd ? is it installed by plesk ? is it safe to remove it ?
I personally don't have any use for it
