Unable to update Plesk key

Hi all,
I'm using Plesk 7.6.1 for Windows, now my license is expired and i can't update my license key.
When i try retrieve by click Retrieve Keys but I get the following message:
Unable to update key. An error occured while processing your key. You can try to update it later. The key cannot be upgraded due to the network failure during connection with the Key Authority server. Please check that your internet connection is configured, you can resolve and access ka.swsoft.com and your firewall enables outgoing connections to TCP port 5224.

I'm sure port 5224 don't firewall or filter.
When i check port status is Closed.
I don't know how to update Plesk key! :(

Please help me.
