  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Unable to update PLSK.03334136.0002: an error occurred while processing your key. You can try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk (Tools & Settings > License Management) or let Plesk try to update it in the next 24 hours. If you do not want to receive this notification any more, remove this key from Plesk.

Hello, I recived on my mail this message.
For what is that update, and why is not installed automatically?

notice above
If I remembered correctly, when I installed with Robot this Hetzner server, I needed to enter key manually, because I decided to install Debian 8, and robot has only image with plesk on Debian 7.

Hi CoyoteKG,

For what is that update, and why is not installed automatically?

Plesk license keys are renewed ( updated ) on a regular basis, based on the purchased license. If you bought your license for Plesk over Hetzner, then your renew period is mostly done monthly.
You can see at "Home > Tools & Settings > License Management", when your next "Next license key update" takes place.

In some rare cases, you might experience issues, when such an ( automatic ) update takes place. This can be caused by temporarly high loads of your server, or on the key server from Plesk. Both reasons is nothing to worry about and you can safely ignore such a message, if you don't receive it permanently. With the next daily maintenance, Plesk will try again to renew the key automatically.
As suggested in your message, you can as well manually renew the key, when you are in the grace period of your recurring renewal.

If you experience such issues more often, please consider to contact your server hosting provider ( in your case: Hetzner ), to solve your issue.
