Unable to update spam rules

Hello,

can anyone help me on this issue, i am unable to update the spam rules. sa-update command is not working, when we run this command with any option this gives error.....

I have exact the same problem in Plesk 7.6.1, so I think this is a problem of the update program, who is going to fix this.
