  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When you download a backup from another Plesk server and uplad it again to another Plesk server. an error came up after uploading the file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1- Download a backup file from Plesk server 1
2- Upload to another Plesk server 2

ACTUAL RESULT
Error: Unable to upload backup_info_2001280731_2002020231.xml.tar to the server storage: Unable to import file as dump: pmm-ras failed (Error code = 1): STDOUT: Transport error: 0 byes were read but 832037359 expected STDERR:

EXPECTED RESULT

Backup Uploaded Successfully.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

* Both server level and domain level backup manager are affected.
* Backups are protected with a password
* Upload without a valid signature is marked.

I cannot reproduce the issue in our environment. Could you provide the archive backup_info_2001280731_2002020231.xml.tar?
