• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to use File Manager

One of my clients is unable to use the File Manager on his new domain. He is also unable to create new directories or upload files to the new domain via chrooted SCP access.
I have done some testing and can't find out what's wrong. I can create directories and files via File Manager and via SCP on existing domains but when I try either on this new domain I get an error (via the File manager):
Unable to create directory /httpdocs/images: filemng failed: mkdir: cannot create directory `/home/httpd/vhosts/domain.co.uk/httpdocs/images': Disk quota exceeded filemng: Error occured during /bin/mkdir command.
I have tried deleting and re-creating the domain with no luck. I have tried creating a new client and creating the domin under that with no luck. I have tried creating the domain under my client and still no luck. I have googled and searched the forum and no luck. All quotas seem to be OK.
Any ideas?

I think out of the entire error message, the important part is "Disk quota exceeded", check both the client and domain quota limits. If this client has multiple domains, then you may need to increase the client quota allowed.

All quotas are fine. This was a new domain under that client with 200Mb domain and hosting set-up quotas. The client has unlimited disk space.
I was getting this error on *any* new domain created, whether under this client, under a new client, or under my own client account.
I can create new directories under existing domains on any client.
