Unable to view websites under Services --> Websites in Chrome or Firefox

I am unable to view websites under Services --> Websites (Screen ID: 1.21.01.01) in Chrome or Firefox. It works in IE. I can see the items total but it just displays a blank page underneath. Would attach a screenshot but 'Manage Attachments' does not seem to be working.
