unable to view webstatics..

I'm using plesk 7.5 reloaded for windows for my domain .When i tried to view the webstatics its asking for a network password which i havent set any.. can any one help me how to get rid of it...

same with me.
either it is asking for password over and over or i get an:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

whats up with that?
the same problem i have with "webmail" button included in the pleskinterface!
