Understanding Email hosting and import

Hi,

I currently have a number of emails hosted on a Windows HMail server. I'd like to migrate from HMail to the system under Plesk.

I understand Postfix is the MTA, Courier is the IMAP/POP access module but I don't understand where the emails are kept. Where and how do I import my emails from HMail?
