I had this problem with DrWeb and went almost crazy about a solution.
The root cause of the problem was though that I uninstalled the Grafana extension via Plesk Extension Panel two days ago but the service was still running afterwards. I did miss this in the first place and I actually found a hint to Grafana in a long thread here in the forums.
I'm running the latest version of Plesk Obsidian and I would have posted in Reports but I'm not allowed to.
The problem is resolved for me now and I don't need additional help but perhaps you could update the first link for the possibility of the cause of failure of DrWeb.
