Question "Unresponsive WordPress installation found": What is this checked against?

When Plesk messages "Unresponsive WordPress installation found": What URL does the check address on the other end, e.g. Plesk or Wordpress? The websites are accessible, but sometimes we are receiving tons of such messages as maybe some Wordpress servers are unavailable or cannot communicate with the servers here. I'd like to check whether they are being blocked by a firewall rule here, but have no clue what the endpoints of the servers are that need to be reached so that the websites check OK.

Peter, WP Toolkit highlights a website as "Unresponsive" when it tried to execute an operation, it took too long, and it eventually failed due to a timeout. The exact mechanism is a timeout during a wp-cli operation. In real life, it may happen because of a malware or a broken plugin.

P.s. "Unresponsive" website is a new term for "Quarantined" sites.

We'll need to increase the timeouts as desribed in the article. Rarely, but still sometimes dozens of websites are affected by this in a single night, but we do not see a specific high load on such occasions. I suspect that these sites are trying to contact some third-party servers, e.g. Wordpress servers or servers needed for certain plugins to work properly, and fail or experience long delays. This probably leads to an accumulation many false-positive alerts.
