Unsuccessful Restore of domain

One of my servers has limited memory and when i tried to restore a domain, the restore failed cause of memory lack and then it tried to rollback actions. The restore.exe crashed and after that when i try just to create the domain name from Plesk it fails and pops messages about some of the actions that wasn't rolled back. What should i try to clean the garbage that restore left behind???
