• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS 6.10 (Final)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.30 #4
I am very behind on both the operating system and Plesk version updates. I'm stuck trying to figure this out and support tickets can not be sent because the buttons at the bottom are greyed out and unclickable.

To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Hello Peter, thank you for your helpful reply! I did login to get support, filled out the ticket, and then could not submit because the buttons were unusable. They are greyed out and not clickable. Is there another way to reach support directly?

The team checked and responded that your old Plesk version is not eligible for support. We'd offer support for migration from that server to another server. Else, an upgrade of Plesk needs to be done.

Now, I see that you are asking for support due to upgrade issues. Maybe you can describe the upgrade issues here in more details so that forum experts can try to assist?

I also see that you are on CentOS 6. This is an unsupported operating system for new Plesk versions. So you'll need to migrate to a new server anyway, using a new, supported operating system there, e.g. Alma 9. This will also be so much better in terms of features and security. Maybe consider the migration? You can migrate using Plesk Migrator. Simply install a new server with the latest Plesk, then use the free Plesk Migrator extension to migrate your content from the old server to the new.
