Unsuspending domain

Hello,

I've a big issue with one of my domains. After an backup's failed i cant unsuspend a domain that was suspended during the backup time.

I've succesfully activate it again showing my email box and web page (and not the default plesk page) thanks to the help of some old thread in this forum. But the FTP still doesnt working.

In my admin panel i see that the domain are still with "inactive" icon.

Can you help me please for fixing this issue?

my conf: plesk 10.4.4 in win2k3

Did you try to run something like

subscription.exe --webspace-on example.com

Any errors in output?

if i've understand... any? Only this domain has this issue. But i think because it is also the first domain that during the backup was suspended for backuping. (I've uncheck the sospesion of the domain on backuping now for not having probably future errors like it).

In the first time was completely blocked with the default plesk page, but thanks to some command line now the web space and email works but not the FTP that continues giving me access denied.
