Iam currently test Plesk Onyx Plesk Onyx 17.9.7 and these are the available PHP-Versions:

2.PHP 7.1
3.PHP 7.0
4.PHP 5.6
5.PHP 5.5
6.PHP 5.4
7.PHP 5.3
8.PHP 5.2
9.PHP 5 from OS vendor

Maybe one day. But first, it will be in the latest Plesk version.

Nervously upgraded to Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 in order to use PHP 7.3.

No problems at all.
