• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unfortunately not enough useful information here, perhaps this might point also to an issue within the repsoitory which is used on your system for the upgrade. Try to run Plesk installer in debug mode with

# plesk installer --debug

and find more useful information about this issue in /tmp/autoinstaller3.log file.

If this will not help, I think it would be better to forward this issue to Plesk Support Team first for investigation directly on your server. How to get support directly from Plesk?
