Since installing the update plesk version 9.2.2, when I set up a new field with the email account, it is impossible to access webmail, either by interface or by plesk url webmail.monsite. net, someone can give me an explanation or solution to fix that?

the problem seems to affect all areas other than. .com
I tried to access my webmail from any sites .com and I had no worries, by cons .net .org or other negative server not found?

Hello,

As I have understood - you have changed the webmail alias but it was performed incorrectly and some DNS settings were not set correctly. Please make sure that your webmail subdomains are resolved correctly. You can find more information on configuring DNS in the following article:
