  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my Roundcube to 1.6 (currently on 1.4.15) and the "Update Components" and "Install or Update Product" buttons are greyed out.

I followed this tutorial:  Plesk updates are not available when custom update source is used - Support Cases from Plesk Knowledge Base

And it allowed me to select from the "Download installation files from" dropdown, however the buttons are still greyed out and wont update. Tried stopping installer and starting and doing "plesk installer --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components" in ssh but nothing working.

Any one able to help me out?
Thanks

Hi,

Could you please post the output for the `plesk version` command? Sound like you use CentOS7, not Ubuntu22.
