Input update for kb 119796

I used https://kb.plesk.com/en/119796 on plesk 12.0.18 to fix an inconsistency in the Plesk database after renaming a domain.

The error line was 401, the rest of the error (and solution) are the same.

i did had to remove the /var/www/vhosts/system/old_domain_folder.tld before i could do

plesk sbin httpdmng --reconfigure-domain example.com
