update from 9.5.4 to 11

good day!

now fedoracore6 + plesk 9.5.4 + key for 30 domains
i need upgrade plesk to 11 version
I understand that fedoracore6 and plesk 11 is not compatible???
if so
i need to install centos5..

- backup from plesk 9.5.4 compatible with plesk 11? if not then what should I do?
- key from plesk 9.5.4 compatible with plesk 11? if not then what should I do?
- i install centos + plesk 11 + free key 22 day, when i press 'backup manager' i see "error: permission denided" it is normal? what should I do?
