  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

The web based update component does not work for me. It always times out and does not come up. The firewall has not been touched.
It locks up at: https://domain.tld:8443/admin/update/product/

However, when the 10.4.4 update was available, it worked fine (showed up, updating to 10.4 did not and I used the terminal version). Now I updated and it wont show up. The terminal autoinstaller works fine. The updator will still automatically update itself too. This has been an on-going issue since 10.3 and I only use released status Panels.

What is going on? Thanks

Hi,

Usually the updates run on port 8447. Try just browsing to https://domain.tld:8447

The update does run on port 8447, however, if you click the link in the panel to take you to the update, it'll take you first to the link I provided then to the updator on 8447. If it works, it would be a quick transfer that you may not realize the link in the middle.

When going to port 8447 directly, it still hangs.

(thanks for the response though)
