Update issues

Hi Guys,

We are getting error on MU57 when plesk is trying to be updated

File downloading PSA_11.0.9/microupdates/MU57/dist-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/filemng: Error: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer, retry...

I tried to use wget and curl to download the file and they both failed

Tested from 3 different machines and network locations.

Please fix.

Connection reset by peer

Looks like edgecast issue. What is your country and city? Check MTR and traceroute for autoinstall.plesk.com

Thanks for the reply. The data center is from US State: California, City: Valencia. I used MTR and the only error I see is

Resolver: Received error response 2. (server failure)er of fields

Host Loss%
199.1xx.1xx.1x 0.6%

Also traceroute autoinstall.plesk.com didn't show any hangs.

I'm having the same problem from a different data center in another part of the United States.

File downloading PSA_11.0.9/microupdates/MU57/dist-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/skelmng: 10%..20%..30%..40%..50%..60%..70%..80%..90%..100% was finished.
File downloading PSA_11.0.9/microupdates/MU57/dist-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/ftp_filemng: 10%..20%..30%..41%..50%..60%..70%..80%..90%..100% was finished.

Here is a temp solution till they fix the problem

As possible workaround you can add one of following lines in /etc/hosts until we solve issue with edgecast:
