Issue Update Notice Will Not Disappear

When we log into Plesk we see the blue popup notice about updates in the next 7 months. But we can't make it disappear. We click the X or the "Got It!" button, but the page refreshes and it reappears, blocking us from doing anything else. We're seeing this in Safari and Chrome on a Mac. Checking other browsers and platforms but it doesn't appear to be browser-specific.
