update release notes

What is happening with the release notes on (micro) updates.
Everytime I try to find what will change but with 10.3 and 10.31 I get only old releae notes. (10.2)
Same for the link posted sticky in this forum.

Microupdate is a way to deliver some changes w/o rebuilding of already existing build.
Microupdates may be created before and after releasing of build.
Release notes contain information only about MUs that were produced after official release.
Thats why, release notes don't contain information about microupdates for 10.3.0 & 10.3.1.
