• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Update to 9.2.1 -> spamassassin is broken

Hello.

After updating Plesk to 9.2.1 including postfix, spamassassin and greylisting, SA is broken. Instead of putting its header notes into the checked emails it creates a new email with "POP3 service user" as from-name and the complete original email including header into the text field of the email.
We deactivated SA via the plesk admin panel, but the faulty emails still keep coming. Some of the users receive upto 500 such emails per day and they cannot handle them anymore, because they cannot see if they are spam or not.

Please help.

Regards
Thomas

Check that the updater says your current. I found it took two goes and once the updater said I was current everything worked fine.
